Can you refund ultimate skins?

Title, pretty much.

I still have my 3 refunds and I'm not 100% sure I'll enjoy DJ Sona, so yeah I wanna know if I can refund her or not.

This would seem to suggest I can, but I'd rather have a confirmation, since ultimate skins break some rules (meaning I wouldn't surprised if you couldn't refund them even though it's not stated anywhere) https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201751864-Content-Refund-FAQ#h2q1

Yes, you can refund ultimate skins.

If you bought her, then yes, you can refund the skin. If you got her from a gift, you can't refund it.
