Pirate Gangplank (Software Pirate).

Passive applies 'Leeches' to enemies so he can download stuff faster.

Q fires floppy disks because you can probably get a million of those for free.

W he eats a dorito or something.

E he 'Seeds' for all his allies, buffing them

R he rains down free CD keys for everyone?
