P - Subjugate Every 60/55/50/45 seconds, a random minion around you turns into your Puppet. They get 5/10/15/20 bonus attack damage, lose their range, and get 10% increased movement speed. This effect lasts for 20 seconds. The minion is under your control for the duration, and dies immediately after this effect ends. Q - Torment Deal 80/100/120/140/160 (+40% AP) damage over 5 seconds to an enemy. If the target is an enemy champion, they cannot cast the same ability more than once for 5 seconds. W - Puppet Prison Vexx sends a Puppet to target enemy champion. The Puppet turns into a half circular wall. The wall lasts for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds. E - Puppet Master Turns a nearby minion into your Puppet. You can reactivate this ability after 10 seconds to gain this effect: All Puppets leap at the nearest champion, dealing 100% of their AD (+35% AP) R - Enslave Mind Can only be cast while you currently control a Puppet Target champion is feared for 1.5/2/2.5 seconds. 60/75/90% of your ability is converted to attack damage, you lose 250 range, and the Puppet near you turns into a sword.
