Myleas, The Honored Blade

Myleas is a Demacian fighter like Fiora, except that he also has a unique talent with Wuju, which was thought to him by Master Yi. He uses a rapier and his Wuju aura is light blue. Fighter / Assassin

Passive - Consecutive Strikes Once every 23 / 19 / 12 / 8 seconds, Myleas' next basic attack is charged with Wuju, and strikes three times in quick succession, dealing 25 / 30 / 35 % of his AD, applying 60 % of Lethality/Armor Penetration with each strike and on - hit effects 3 times. If Consecutive Strikes kills a minion/monster, the cooldown is set to 5 / 3 / 1.5 .

Q - Rapier Jab Myleas extends his rapier and jabs the opponent, applying on hit effects and dealing 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 (+100% AD) damage to one enemy. If Myleas misses, he is slowed by 10 % for 2 seconds. If Myleas hits, he is slowed by 5 % for 1 second.

W - Toggle - Conflicting Power Myleas can either use his Wuju or his Demacian Swordsmanship.

Wuju - Movement speed is increased by 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30. Every fourth strike is a Double Strike , dealing 10 % of Lethality/Armor Penetration. Demacian Swordsmanship - Armor is increased by 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25. Every fourth ability cast allows you to Parry 50% of the damage of the next ability / basic attack that hits you , ignoring any CC effects that may occur , but only for 5 seconds after Parry is enabled.

E - Wuju-Empowered Dagger Myleas gets a dagger ready every 20 seconds , having a maximum of 3 at once. Myleas can throw a dagger that explodes after staying on the ground for 1.5 seconds. It explodes in a small area dealing 50 / 65 / 80 / 95 / 105 (+80% AP), and stays on the ground for 3 seconds after it explodes. If Myleas picks up a dagger, he instantly gets one charge of Wuju-Empowered Dagger

R - Release Restraint Strike Myleas charges for 1.5 seconds, moving out of control with only 30 % of his movement speed. He strikes with all of his power in a huge line, dealing 250 / 350 / 450 (100% AD , 100% AP) to all enemies struck, stunning all champions in his original attack range for 2 seconds. After using this , Myleas' rapier explodes , incapacitating him until he dies, allowing him to use only his bare fists, dealing 40% of max AD as basic attack damage and allowing him to use only his W and E abilities. Lasts until death or killing 5 champions.
