Champion concept - M. Swee Paint - The Best [?] Artist!

M. Swee Paint is a curious person who loves to discover and draw the fantastic world around her as she sees it. Using ink and thinking that what she does it's perfection, people sometimes don't like it but they are always wrong. Art is her soul.

Prepare for a deep and complex lore.

M. Swee Paint appeared one day on the middle of the rift and randomly got on the middle of a battle [aka team fight] while tried to do some 3D over realistic style painting of Baron. After the battle's end all survivors were surprised not only by how she was still alive but also by the final result of her work she left behind:

Q: **Looking for Inspiration! ** If M. Swee Paint see something cool she can copy it and create art from it on it's most pure form! M. Swee Paint marks a friend for 1.5 seconds. The first enemy skill that lands on that friend will have it's damage reduced to 0 and it's crowd control effect reduced to 0. After successfully negating an enemy skill by this effect, this skill turns into "Inspiration Found"!

Q²: Inspiration Found! For the next 15 seconds this skill is a copy of the skill protected that cost 1 ink bottle. If by some reason the skill copied have some kind of special requirement [for example Orianna's ball or can only by applied on yourself like Swain's ult], M. Swee Paint will still use it but in fun and creative way [being able to use orianna ult from an allied champion instead of a ball or turn a champion into swain ult instead of herself]. If the skill have limitless duration it will end after 5 seconds after use.

Passive: No ink no game. M. Swee Paint don't use mana, but use ink instead! She can collect up to 4 ink bottles. Ink bottles drops from enemy minions when they die nearby you and can be collected by steeping on them. Champions drop 2 ink bottles. Passively 1 Ink bottle is generated each 30 seconds.

M. Swee Paint have 10% increased movement speed out of combat.

W: Getting dirty with art. This skills have a 4 second cooldown but can't be used while without ink bottles. Using this skill consumes 1 ink bottle. Active: After a short delay, throw a bottle of ink on an area making a mess. It deals damage, blind for 0.5 seconds and briefly slows the target. The area where the ink dropped also applies constant blindness to anyone steeping on it. The ink mess lasts for 2 seconds [making miss auto attacks]. Landing an ink bottle on an enemy reduce this skill cooldown by 1 second.

E: Art means change. Using this skill consumes 2 ink bottles and can't be used without ink bottles. M. Swee Paint convert 1 allied minion into an enemy minion, or an enemy minion into an allied minion! You choose [converted minions don't drop ink]! Have 15 seconds of cooldown! If used on an ally it will shield an amount and increase it's movement speed instead. If used on an enemy it will damage an amount and slow it's movement speed instead.

R: All colors of the world! M. Swee Paint distribute her art to everyone! She loves art and feels like sharing with everyone for 5 seconds! After a short delay globally all characters [both allied and enemies] gain 40% extra Damage and 40% extra AP! Your allies receive also 15% [+x% ap] extra damage reduction!

This skill generates ink bottles for her during the duration of the effect.
