Rakan Q feels really short and misplaced on his kit

I don't exactly understand the role this skill suppose to have on his kit. Feels more like an skill a top laner would have than a support.

Points I felt frustrated about: Upgrading it don't increase heal Range feels really bad High cooldown / strange synergy( could be lower if you land W or something like that).

Also, I really don't feel it's a necessary skill on his kit at all.
It kind is designed to avoid him having a weak spot being harassed( as you should self heal), and then have a low range to avoid win against people that harass ( what defeat the purpose of the skill).

This Is my suggestion: put the healing circle thing on his w if you land it and make this Q throw some feather like xayah that slow that xayah can also pull.

I think it would make more sense like that.

Or just give him an AOE slow like gálio.

I would disagree on the range. The range is great because it forces him to go in like the rest of his kit. It encourages him to go in, use it point blank then dash out.

That would give him solo lane potential.

He is meant to be a support.

It just takes getting used to with most other support skill shots being 1100 or 1175. His is 750.

I agree it does seem a little underwhelming and It IS the "dump stat" for most builds. E/W or W/E...Q is last.

That would make his W overloaded

His Q is supposed to be a skill intentionally rather misplaced because his kit already has a lot of power in it, so his Q is effectively the trade in that power

Nah, its fine that way you only have to max 2 abilities while ignoring one.

I usually skill E>W>Q the first three levels and then i max E, after that I max W and only last I put more points in Q.

Like you said, the healing doesnt need more ranks since it scales with your level and the AP Ratio does most of the scaling, so its a one point wonder ability.

it fits okay in his kit because Q ->E but the range is just fucking awful
