I discovered Prehistoric Headdress Brother in the new splash. New champion leak confirmed.

Tikiman, The Headdress Brother: Frozen in pure ice by ancient terrordactil Anivia, Tikiman was compleatly preserved with his Brother. fast forward a few million years later the pure ice began to melt, much like the true ice that in-cased Gnar, pure ice is a bit colder and so takes a few more months to melt. Tikiman is now climbing to the top of the Summoners Rift mountain to see if Gnar is there to help them with their mysterious quest. What it is nobody knows. Not even Vel'koz...

I only know his passive, but if anyone has any new info on his other abilites I would love to see them.

Passive: Oooga Boooga Tikiman is a manaless champion. He instead generates Angry. Whenever Tikiman recives, deals or witnesses damage dealt, he generates 1 tick of Angry. His abilities consume Angry and provide additional effects. If Tikiman's Angry bar reaches full, he is able to then dash with every click of the mouse in any given direction. If he strikes and enemy, it will deal % true damage based on the targets max health. If the target is below 43% health, the true damage is instead converted into a shield applied to Tikiman's Brother. Brother Tikiman will then charge to the nearest enemy knocking them back and stunning himself if they have more hp than he has shield. Tikiman can then choose to swap places with Brother if both their ap and ad match each other and they roll a 4 or higher on a standard 6 sided dice.
