What If The Ruined King Could Be Like Old Mordekaiser?

Since Mordekaiser is now more pertaining to Noxus than the Shadow Isles and being that Riot said they wanted to remove Morde's harvesting and controlling abilities to make him stand on his own I feel like the Ruined King could be a better old Mordekaiser. The idea of someone harvesting health and using the souls of others fits perfectly with the idea of an undead king and the concept was fun enough to get a niche following. I know many Morde mains are satisfied with the rework, but I feel like there is still a hole gameplay wise that no other champion has been able to fulfill. Aatrox has healing but lacks controlling pets and Yorick has pets but doesn't turn enemy champions or drakes into them. I guess what I'm saying is the idea of a juggernaut that could be played almost anywhere with great healing and high reward for killing and focusing objectives is missing and it would be fun to take the idea of old mordekaiser and make a healthier, less buggy version of him that has a little more mobility.
