Since Ixtal has Dragons, Can We Get a Dragon Rider?

Since Riot basically reused the conceptualized Fiora ult on Mordekaiser for his rework, and Ixtal has dragons, do you think it would be fun to have an Ixtal Tamer character or Sorcerer that could ride or take control of Drakes? This would allow Riot to figure out how to make Mordekaiser's old ultimate work.

I especially like the idea of a tamer character. Seeing someone ride around on a Scuttle crab would be hilarious and different gameplay wise. Each monster could even have one ability and a basic attack. Their whole lore could be about how the elements of Ixtal aren't simply the bush, wall, and river, but the animals filled with magic as well.

What are your thoughts?

Although that's basically Shyvana, Xin Zhao, Quinn, and Valor mixed together.

I love the idea, but dragon specifically maybe it would have too much of an overlap with shyvanna's rework? Still I think a champ that rides jungle camps and gets stat buffs from them would be fun

how is morde rework like old fiora ult?? nothing alike. ur talking about when fiora goes untargettable hitting nearby champs right?

I really like dragons, and I've really wanted cool dragon shit in league forever. I can't wait for shyv to catch a rework, and this concept sounds really cool, kinda reminds me of how dragon oracle udyr is but with actual dragons.

I think some kind of flighted rider is something that would be cool and hasn't been explored in League yet. A dragon from Ixtal would be awesome (and Ixtal definitely in more need of development), but there are Silverwing riders in Demacia that would be cool as well (DerMangoJoghurt mentioned it). Either one could be a skin for the other concept, too, and I love skins that are lore related or re-imagine a Champ from a different region.

Bents, a concept I made essentially around this specific idea. Because, well, riding creatures/pets sounds pretty fun. And why not add a lower-tier peasant champion?
