Ideas for Boot Enchantments
I've heard a couple of people wanting to bring back boot enchantments. I had an idea earlier. What if we had elemental boot enchantment upgrades? Here's my idea:
Earthbound: Negates the next displacement (Knockup, Knockback, Pull, or Knock Aside) with a 90 second cooldown. Note: This doesn't negate the damage of the ability, just the cc.
Aquarush: When brought down to 20% of your max health, all healing and movement speed is increased by 12% for 2.5 seconds. Refreshes after being out of combat for 45 seconds.
Galepulse: Slows are reduced by 15%. Getting hit by a stun, root, or 80% or higher slow will remove the crowd control and grant you 30% movement speed for 1.5 seconds. Has a 90 second cooldown.
Pyrofury: After 1.5 seconds of being under hard CC, gain 15% Tenacity reduction and a 10% adaptive damage bonus after the initial crowd control has ended. Refreshes after being out of combat for 45 seconds.
You may notice these all have to do with CC. That's because I personally believe CC to be too much in this game. There are games where I can be stunlocked for a good 5 seconds and all I can do is just stand there and take hits. This I believe would help deal with the insane amount of CC in the game without being too strong.
