Another "Ekko is Broken" Post.

I just finished yet another game with this champion in it and quite frankly I am sick to death of him. He is in 90% of my games! He is broken and those who argue against this, please hear this out:

1. His passive grants him massive magic damage and a slow at 3 stacks. While there are champions that possess similarly op passives (ie Skarner), his kit is already incredibly powerful, and his passive makes it even more so.
2. His W, when timed right, is a MASSIVE stun. It's essentially a Viktor W with a much bigger slow and stun as well as passive magic damage that scales with your missing health. While it DOES require him to be inside it to stun, if he isn't it will still give you a Hell of a slow. Oh, and it also grants him a nice shield. Good luck with that.
3. His Q is like an Ahri's Q in that it deals massive poke and can hit you twice, except instead of just hitting you twice, if you're dumb enough to stand there or if you get slowed or stunned, it can continue to damage you before dealing the 2nd burst. Oh, and it also has a slow. As long as you can use a skill shot, you can destroy lives with this.
4. Ekko has one of the best chases in the game. His E. Not only is it a lengthly dash, but he can do it simply by right clicking someone within range. This means that if you're really low and his E is up, you better have flash and an escape or you're pretty much dead. If you turn to try to stun or slow him, he'll just E dodge it and destroy you.
5. His ult. This part is one of the most annoying and OP. For one, when you're fighting Ekko you need to have your attention on essentially 2 champions, the real him and then the "past" him. When used, it heals him for a chunk of whatever damage was dealt to him, transfers him to a previous area (great for quick burst ins and then escapes), and then deals a TON of damage to whoever was unlucky enough to be standing in the spot his past form was in.
6. He can basically fill any role. I've seen him play each one greatly. He can burst down your top and mid, counter an adc as an apc in bot lane, support with his slows and stun, and do a fine job jungling and amazing job ganking. There are probably only 2 other champions that can play every role, one of them being Teemo. Every champion should have certain roles he/she is restricted to. Some champions can top and jg, some mid and support, etc. No champion should be able to do everything, and excel at it as much as Ekko does.
