My Game Crashes at the Start of Every Game

Today I've played 3 games, and at the very start of every game my game crashes a little after the minute mark. Then I rejoin and have no further problems. It's just very irritating.

On a side note, the client crashes constantly. Riot, please fix your client. It's getting hard to play this game when it's always crashing.
