New Diana Skin

Either Project Diana or Program Diana. I say this because Leona already has a Project skin, and as her arch-nemesis Diana should really have a skin to match. Also, I feel like Diana would fit really well into both skin lines.

both probably wont happen since riot tends to limit the each champion to have only one robot/cyborg skin with the only excception being sion who has both a hextech and a mecha skin but id love to see a project diana that was glowing white or light blue
