"Shield Buster"

When I read through the ask riot stuff I saw them mention looking at the possibility of a "grevious wounds" for shields. This got me thinking and I thought of a passive ability that would be good for shields specifically. This could be used for an ability or an item, either way would work.

So here's the thought: passive - shield buster When (this champ) deals damage to an enemy, the damage is doubled when applied to a shield, otherwise it does damage as normal. The double damage cannot exceed the shield's remaining value.
