NEW CHAMP: Charles, the corrupter

Concept: I wanted to make a champion that trolls the other team by using effective strategy. Charles barely deals damage himself without his ultimate and/or a lot of minions, but he can annoy and disrupt teams during objectives, lane phase, and team fights.

Passive: Sharing the pain- If Charles receives a crowd control effect (stuns, slows, ignites (not Summoner spells)) He ignores the effect and gives it to the enemy. Cool down lasts 30-40 seconds (not sure which)

Q- Dance Puppets- Charles takes control of enemy minions, forcing them to fight for him. He can gain kills and assists with the minions along with creep score, but cannot kill the minions for experience or gold. When a minion is taken control of, their health is restored and they gain the same movement speed as Charles. Charles gains the ability to have five minions for each point in Dance Puppets. The minions scale on stats normally and ar enot affected by what Charles builds.

W- Decide Otherwise- Charles Decides to ignore some of the damage he received last and heals himself a percent of the amount of the last hit landed on him. (includes basic attacks, hits from monsters, minions, and abilities) (at max restores all damage from last hit)

E- Transport- Charles warps the space around him and teleports to another place on the map. Not global range. His minions warp with him.

R- True Power- Charles reveals his true strength gaining massive spell vamp and movement speed. He randomly releases pulses of energy from his body causing magic damage.
