ASHE REWORK IDEA

Reasoning: My friend and I sat down a couple of months ago and realized that was possibly one of if the the worst ADC'S available to play. she was very immobile, her passive didn't fit with her role (why does an auto attacking role champion have a passive that depends on her not auto attacking?), and, while the gold bonus to hawkshot was nice, it still left a rather useless skill except for a one second ward every 40 seconds.

NEW Passive: attacking slowed targets builds focus meter. When focus meter reaches 100, an automatic free critical strike is awarded on next champion attacked. (ADC's auto attack a LOT, so it makes sense that as he gets rewarded for hitting people. Vayne has it, varus has it, ezreal has it, tristan a kinda has it, graves has it, caitlyn has it, so why not ashe?).

NEW Q- Desperate flee- Ashe boosts her movement speed for a few seconds. (I'm actually up for other suggestions for this one. Her Q isn't that bad of an ability when you think about it especially with her new passive. So Her current Q can stay the same or you guys can make up a better one than my lame idea)

REWORKED W- Volley: fires a cone of arrows that apply a slow (15/20/25/30/35%). Each arrow can only hit one champion, and stacks focus quickly. Deals: (20 /45/ 70 / 95 / 120 (100% AD scaling))

REWORKED E- Hawkshot- cooldown changed (from 60/55/50/45/40) now: 40/35/30/25/20 Gold changed: 3/3/4/4/5

R- stays the same
