NEW CHAMPs: Seren, the sex addicted angel and Yvonne, the lover of sweets

concept: I love the show panty and stocking and wanted to make two champions base doff the characters. I think they would actually be great champions in the game. Seren (Panty) is designed to be an ADC but I believe she would also function as a top laner who builds somewhat tanky thanks to her permanent attack damage stacks (Seren does not gain attack damage per level). Yvonne (Stocking) is an Assassin mid-laner who, if played right, can solo kill her opponent at level three under tower shots losing only a minor bit of health. Tell me what you guys think and how you would change them please! (also, I know they have the same ult and passive plus similar rooting mechanics but that's because they are kind of a pair of champions meant to be played together and are sisters with the same powers who use different weapons)

Seren Passive: Heaven coins- killing minions, monsters, and champions grant permanent attack damage. Champions and large monsters/minions grant 5, smaller minions/monsters grant 2.

Q- Rapid Fire- Panty increases her own attack and movement speed

W- Fade away- Panty dashes and shoots several shots parallel to the direction she dashes

E- Sniper- Panty roots herself in place but gains a massive increase in range and her basic attacks deal true damage.

R- Repent, Mr. Falcon!- Panty transforms into her Angel form giving her bonus move speed, armor, and magic resistance.

Yvonne Passive: Heaven coins- killing minions, monsters, and champions grant permanent attack damage. Champions and large monsters grant 5, smaller minions/monsters grant 2.

Q- Spinning slash- Stocking whirls her blades around herself to deal area of effect damage in a circle around her and gains bonus move speed.

W- Deflecting- Stocking roots herself in place and protects herself from all incoming attacks for a few seconds.

E- Dash and Slice- Stocking dashes through a target dealing physical damage. Can be cast twice.

R- Repent, Mr. Falcon!- Stocking transforms into her angel form giving her bonus movement speed, magic resistance, and armor
