Juure - The Spore Mother

Here's a champion kit idea, similar to zyra but more fungal.

Passive - Fungal Reclamation Seeded areas slowly shrink if too far away from Juure. Bushes that come in contact with seeded areas become "claimed" enemies that enter a claimed bush will be silenced when they first exit. Bushes that silence an enemy will remain claimed for a short while immediately after but will soon become unclaimed. Seeded areas in the river slowly shrinks even if mother is nearby, but grants vision. Claiming and other abilities draw seeds from the ground, making the area no longer seeded. Enemies that come in contact with seeded areas are not infected.

Q - Sporesgiving A skillshot that lodges a spore packet into a wall, champion, large monster or the ground (if any fails to hit). After a delay the packet explodes, seeding the target and a small area around. Dealing damage. Activating the spell again explodes the packet early. A spore packet that hits a target already seeded will give birth to a parasitic spawn instead. Firing at the nearest champion, or constantly damaging the target it spawned on. A spore packet that hits Mother's Whistler can instead be immediately cast again to be shot from the Whistler's location. Has charges, start from a couple to a lot. So essentially becomes spammable but has long off-times.

W - Formless Physique Juure vanishes in a puff of spores and reappears in a nearby seeded location, seeding her current location. Enough to go over the smallest walls, very short dash overall. Gains charges at lvls 6 11 and 18.

E - Mother's Whistler Juure lobs a shroom that silences everyone in a ground targeted impact area. Mother's Whistler burrows itself and remains in the area, untargetable. If mother casts her w into, or from the whistler, a small area around the whistler becomes rooted.

Mother's whistler has no cooldown, but must be collected. If not collected mother can manually recall the whistler a suitable while after being cast.

R - Unbounded Sprawl Spore packets spray from the mother in 6 directions, has the same effect as sporesigiving's packets. Mother then chooses a direction, and all seeded areas nearby began spreading towards that direction, across walls and grounds, bushes and rivers alike. Very similar in control and speed as to sion's ult and nunu's ball. Upon second activation mother disappears and reappears in any seeded area on the map, nearby seeded areas and creatures exploding and dealing damage to enemies. The area itself isn't too big, similar in size to zyra's ult, but it deals alot of damage. Basically neeko's ult.
