Weylan, the Hired Gun (Crit ADC, Unique Resource.)
#Story The rough, unsanded wood was coarse beneath my hands as the doors swung open, revealing the nearly deserted salloon, a short sixty paces between he and I.
I proceeded slowly, letting my thick bootheels thud against the hardwood floor as I crossed the sea of tables, adorned with upside down chairs, towards the man who waited beside his fantastical revolver-shotgun.
As he turned and lit a match, slipping a thick, rich smelling cigar between his lips I put up a hand, plucking the stick of cancer from him and tossing it aside. "As I live and breath. So, tell me-" The gunstrap that secured Vera to my back began to loosen as the rich elderwood stock slid into my hands, smooth and cool in the stagnant heat of the dimly lit alehouse. "Did you come here to finally die, old man?"
We sat in silence for what felt like eons, he reaching for his bottle of hooch and I running my fingers against the twenty tally marks notched into Vera's grip.
This tense silence was shattered by the man's laugh as he flicked the now burnt out ash from between his fingers. "No, no. I've got myself in a bit of trouble. What do you know of the man named Tobias Fate...?"
A man who pledges his true allegience to no nation or entity other than himself, Weylan in a pariah who lives by the gun and the coin. Fabled for his legendary prowes in combat, it's been said that he's more gunpowder and lead than man. He makes his living putting down beings for bags of coin. It's a dreary life, but at least he has Vera.

Basic Attack: Weylan pumps his rifle's lever and fires a shot. Critical Strike: Weylan stylishly pumps his rifle with one hand before firing a shot.

Weylan's resource is "Bravado." He gains 5 Bravado every time he critically strikes an enemy, and 25 Bravado if he kills an enemy champion who has recently harmed any of Weylan's allied champions (with an exception of himself). He has a maximum Bravado of 100.
Weylan gains a stack of "Notch" for every enemy killed. For each stack of Notch, up to a maximum of 100, he gains .5% critical hit chance (50% max).
If Weylan kills an enemy champion, he gains 40% movement speed and deals an additional 10% of his basic attacks as true damage for 1.5 seconds.
At 50 Notches, his critical strikes deal 30% of his attack damage in an area around the enemy struck.
At 100 Notches, his critical strikes deal an additional 25% damage.

This shot is destroyed when it hits the first enemy champion it encounters, dealing 90/120/150/180/210+110% AD damage, stealing 10/20/30/40/50+20% AD armor from anyone hit for 1.5 seconds. If Breach shot kills an enemy champion, Weylan is refunded its Bravado cost and it automatically comes off of cooldown. Breach Shot can crit for 110/120/130/140/150% damage and applies the effects of Another Notch.

Type | Targeted Cost | 20 Bravado Cooldown | 10 seconds all level Weyland flips his rifle around and slams its butt into his target's stomach, batting them back and dealing 50/60/70/80/90+80% AD damage. If Git Oudahere is used on a minion, they deal 10/20/30/40/50 damage in the area where they land.
##http://imgur.com/RgB9ew2 E ~ Shrapnel Type | Basic Attack Modifier Cost | 20 Bravado Cooldown | 8/7/6/5/4 seconds. Weylan's next basic attack deals 25/35/45/55/65+80% AD in a cone behind the enemy hit. Breach shot can not critically strike on its cone, but is otherwise treated as a basic attack.
##http://imgur.com/FOBWLhI R ~ Dancing Bullet Type | Targeted, Chain Execution Cost | 50 Bravado cooldown | 90/70/50 Seconds Weylan - after a 2/1.5/1 second channel - fires a bullet towards his enemy target, dealing 150/200/250+100% AD damage and ignoring 20/25/30% of the target's armor. If Dancing Bullet kills its initial target, it will then bounce towards the nearest enemy champion within its 850 unit range. If it can not find any more champions within its current range, or if it has killed all enemies, the ult will stop. Dancing Bullet can critically strike and applies on-hit abilities. Dancing Bullet's Cooldown can not be decreased by CDR.
