[Skin Concept] Janitor Sion

I've played a few games with Sion where after the team fight lasts about 4-5 seconds.. I'm still there, cleaning up everything... And it dawned on me. How cool would it be to have a Janitor Sion skin?

He would carry either a giant mop, or a freaking floor buffer. (If you don't know what that is.. here..) http://i.imgur.com/FabO10H.png

When he ults, have him riding in or pushing a giant trash can on wheels. Or even have him very scarily running his floor buffer forward. (If it's a mop, maybe a mop bucket, that he's pushing?)

His Q could make the sound of a floor buffer, or if it's a mop, make a wet slap when he charges it to knock up.

Could even be a legendary, add in some new VFX.. Every Q: "THIS FLOOR.. IS.. DIRTY!"

Every time he E's: "CLEAN THAT UP!" "PICK IT UP!" "NO TRASH ON MY FLOOR!"

Still not sure what his shield could be, but.. I'm open to any help with this.

What do you guys think? Should there be a line of Janitor skins?
