King of the Meeps Bard

i know a bard skin is coming out (it looks fantastic,,,little penguins! :D

but maybe try this idea for the next one

his instrument would obviously be some sort of gem encrusted scepter...he can have a crown and a flowing velvet cape. chimes are gemstones or something like that, something a king would collect.

idk just a fun idea
