Morpheus, The Rejected Dreamer “I am worthy! I’ll prove it!”

Region: Targon Resource: Mana Role: Mage Position: Middle/Support Attack Style: Ranged Attack Type: Ability Power Base Health: 550 Health Gained Per Level: 75 Base Mana: 450 Mana Gained Per Level: 25

Passive: Gods Are Watching: 180 seconds Every 3 minutes, Morpheus’s basic attacks or abilities mark the enemy champion hit as visible for 3 seconds. During that time, the marked enemy champion takes 5% increased damage of all types from Morpheus’s allies.

Q: Blinding Radiance: (12/11/10/9/8) seconds | (80/90/100/110/120) mana | 600 Morpheus launches a star at a target enemy’s face. When it reaches them, it explodes, blinding them for 2 seconds and dealing (50/75/100/125/150) damage.

W: Sandman’s Blessing: (16/15/14/13/12) seconds | (90/100/110/120/130) mana | 975 Morpheus blows a cloud of stardust at a target location that lasts for 3 seconds. Any enemy units that enter the cloud are put to sleep after a 2 second delay for 2 seconds. Attacking the sleeping units will wake them.

E: Constellations: (14/13/12/11/10) seconds | (60/70/80/90/100) mana | 850 Morpheus can connect up to (2/3/4/5/6) stars to form a constellation that lasts (3/3.5/4/4.5/5) seconds after its completed. Enemy units that pass through the lines connecting the stars take (50/60/70/80/90) damage for each line they pass through. You have 10 seconds to place the stars to form the constellation before they disappear and the ability goes on CD.

Passive: Stunning Connections: Enemies that pass through all the lines are stunned for 2 seconds.

R: An Aspect’s Appreciation: (180/160/120) seconds | (300/250/200) | 4000/4500/5000 Impressed by Morpheus’s efforts, the Aspect of Dreams sends an asteroid to a target location. Enemies in the immediate vicinity of the impact zone take (200/250/300) damage and are knocked up for 3 seconds. After the impact, a shockwave spreads out across the surrounding area, slowing enemies that enter it by 10%. The shockwave dissipates after 4 seconds.

Notes: Not going to be lore for a while, sorry. This goes for several concepts that will be coming from me in the near future. Going forward, I'll be writing their lore on a separate document and linking to it, rather than having it clutter up the thread. Most people don't care about the lore anyway, so that will make it easier for people that only care about the gameplay aspects to read and give feedback.

Firstly, here are the stats as shown by the LOLwiki:

Health: Health regen: Resource: Armour: Magic resist: Attack Damage: Range: Attackspeed: Movespeed:

So for this guy it'd look something like:

Health: 550 - 1825 Health regen: ? Mana: 450-875 Armour: ? Magic resist: 30 - 38.5 (standard magic resist for ranged champs) Attack Damage: ? (even though he uses AP he still has a basic attack, right?) Range: ? Attackspeed: ? Movespeed: ?

Anything with a "?", you'll have to provide for us. However, I think it's pretty balanced so far, with my critique mostly being that the health pool is a little on the low side - but if you want that to be his vulnerability, okay.

Secondly - I really like the design, specifically the abilities. I think the names adequately describe the function, while not being too obvious - this allows you to tie them into the theme, while still making sense to the player. The passive cooldown is a little bit long though - it's almost as long as some ultimates, so you might want to bring that down a bit to make the passive viable, especially given that the damage increase is only 5%.

One thing to note is that there's no scaling on any of his abilities, so you'll need to fill us in on that too.

With his W, is the AoE a cone (which is what I imagine), a circle, or what? Also, what is the damage increase for the awakened (no pun intended) units?

For his E, the idea is brilliant - however, where do the stars appear? Do they simply show up, or can he cast them at a location? Furthermore, can enemy champions see them? (This is a major balance point, if they're too visible they'll be telegraphed enough to avoid, if they're invisible the ability is overpowered immediately).

Overall, a high standard of creativity - just need to add furnishings, such as missing stats and the like, and it'll be a great starting concept. I can't wait for the lore - something to do with sand and dreams, I'll wager!
