Champion concept: Zore, The shadow Child

(Note, I can't draw for the life of me, so I couldn't draw the concepts, sorry >~<)

Lore: Zore was a child born on the blessed isles. She liked to roam around the isles alone. When she would get bored or hungry, she would return home and help her mother with her crafts. Trying to help, Zore sometimes created Weapons by mistake, which her mother would tell her "Are dangerous and shouldn't be used on otheres"

One day, while walking around, Zore found a strange man riding a horse with clothing she wasn't familiar with. Walking up to the man, his horse turned around, revealing a soulless look. Before being able to even ask his name, the strange man pulled his lance out and sliced her horizontally, leaving her to fall to her knees before bleeding out.

Days later, Zore's spirit woke up with the black mist running over the shadow isles. Watching in horror, she watched her home village drown in darkness, and all of their corpses mishaped and corrupted. Enraged, Zore ran into the village and looked for anything or anyone who might have not touched the mist. Unable to find anyone, she gave up hope, and took a long chain she had found in her house and sharpened the edges of it, hoping to protect anyone who wasn't corrupted by this curse, and get her revenge on the strange man who she assumed cursed these lands.

Abilities:

Passive: Split Motives

Zore starts the game out with The broken chain, which she can use to bind herself to an ally. If Zore reaches 1500 range away from her bound teammate, Zore gains the following

+30% Movement speed -10% Magic resist and armor Ghosted Becomes unable to use spells (Can still use item actives) Camouflaged

Taking damage in Split motives removes the +30% Movement speed for 3 seconds

Q: Hatred Chains (Targeting: skillshot)

Zore Throws her chains in front of her, dealing (A) And stunning the enemy hit for 1.5 seconds. The stun is canceled if Zore moves or is hard crowd controlled. The stun is increased by (B) seconds if the target is inflicted with Open gash.

A: 70/100/130/150/200 +40% AP B: .2/.4/.6/.8/1

W: Wounding strike (Targeting: Skillshot)

Zore flails her chains in a cone in front of her 2 times with a .5 second delay inbetween, dealing (C). Enemies hit by the 2nd swing are slowed for 30% for 1 second. Enemies hit by both swings take 50% reduced damage from the 2nd swing, and are inflicted with Open gash, taking (D) Bonus magic damage from ally champion's basic attacks

C: 35/50/65/80/95 +10% AP D: 20/25/30/35/40 +5%AP

E: Soul bound (Targeting: Point and click)

On enemy champion: Zore dashes to the enemy champion, dealing (E) and inflicts Open gash.

On ally champion: Zore dashes to the ally champion, shielded them from (F)

E: 50/70/100/120/150 +30% AP F: 40/60/90/120/150 +5% Max HP

R: Unbreakable Bind (Targeting: Point and click)

Passive: While within Split motives range, bound target gains (G) attack speed

Active: Zore prepares for an allies death for 4 seconds. Upon taking fatal damage, Zore dashes to them, Gaining control over their movement for 5 seconds and dealing (H) each second to nearby enemies

G: 10/20/30% H: 50/100/150 +1% Max HP for every 50 Ap

it very nice but instead of making it were she cant use any abilities if away from her bound target instead make them weaker that way if you get split or if your teammate dies or goes afk your not useless with the exception of a few active items
