Riot says that the mark he's getting branded on his arm (it's a brand and not a Tat) is actually the mark of the Baron he's drowning in the tank behind him.

All of the symbols he has on his arm is the mark of all of the house leaders he's killed. food for thought.

I just realized the resemblance of the splash arts. The same positioning (legs, which way the body is facing, face, etc) as well as just adding more detail and improving it.
