Simple.
Just flip the map horizontally.
No gameplay changes at all, everyone still goes the usual top/jungle/mid/adc/support meta on a flipped map that they aren't too familiar with.
Better than All Random Summoner's Rift.

Isn't that basically Twisted Treeline?
Actually, I hear that mode's supposed to get reworked or revised or something soon; I wouldn't mind a few new minion/monster models for that map.
Can't have skeletons though, unfortunately. Some of the countries League is played in don't allow those in their games.
