Champion concept: Kuulon, the Darkin Bond

Kuulon sets up a web of tethers, within which he uses enemies as a vector to reach his target. He excels at picking off individuals and restricting the movements of entire teams with an unbreakable tether.
P: Bound ones Basic attacks mark their targets as Bound for 7 seconds, applying a 750 range tether between the target and the source of the attack. Kuulon may use basic attacks on any unit within 325 units of a Bound unit exept that bound unit (unless, of course, you are already in range of them).
Q: Intertwine 0 cost, 10 second cooldown All bound targets apply Bind to all units within 750 range, dealing 100/120/130/140/150 (+.5 AD) physical damage to all enemies struck. (50% damage from all hits beyond the first)
W: Heartrend 0 cost, 12 second cooldown Passive: Basic attacks and damaging spells against bound target apply additional binds, up to 5. Active: The binds on a target champion work into their organs and then tear them asunder, dealing 80/110/140/170/200 (+0.3 AD) true damage. Deals 5% bonus damage for each bind that comes from a unique target that is not Kuulon. (Target must have 5 binds in them)
E: Whiplash 0 cost, 8 second cooldown All bound units are dealt 90/100/110/120/130 (+.2 AD)(+.6 AP) magic damage and are knocked back 400 units away from whoever they are bound to.
R: Chained Souls 0 mana, 120 second cooldown Deal 150/225/300 (+0.6 AD) Physical damage to a target enemy and apply a 700 range tether between them and their current location for 4 seconds. If the enemy attempts to break the tether, they will be pulled back into tether range. Additionally, all binds between the target and its allies become unbreakable for the duration of Chained Souls.
