It's 2019 and we still can't select which border we want

Just hit 150 and the dark blue almost purple border fits my Halloween 2018 cat icon so well, probably the first time I've actually noticed an icon and border mesh well together. Now I'm dreading when I level up 25 more times because I'll be forced to wear whatever it gives me after 175. It's such a simple feature that we should already have. Please and thank you.
