Suggestion - [RxR]

I want to start something concerning concept creators. My english is not good, but i will try to explain as good as i can.

[RxR] - adding to the tittle this little thing would mean, that if you review my champion, then i will review yours (if you provide a link or just one of your recent champions). This should be like a good neighbor sign. This might help concept creators to get and give meaningful reviews, as if you review others, then they will review you, as you get reviewed, you will review others.
