I miss historically inspired skins. These are just some of them, there are many others but there hasn't been any recent ones. I understand that its a lot harder to make historically inspired skins for newer champions, but I would still like to see at least an attempt to return to making these skins.

Why are we talking about stuff being sexy and what not? I just want more historically inspired skins. If i wanted more sexy skins i would be asking for another line of star guardians and what not.

Winged hussar Xin is probably one of my top 5 skins in the game just because its a reference to an obscure historical unit used by poland in its war against russia. Its cool, and a nod to history buffs like myself. The newer skins aren't bad, but more historical referenced skins would be cool

how does cultural appropriation tie into any of this? where are the people complaining about these skins?

why are the comments plagued with comments about sexy skins? objectively, nothing is sexier than a polish winged hussar, and no amount of arguing will ever change that

I myself would also love skins like this to but I feel that Riot has been avoiding them because people are so quick to call it "cultural appropriation" as it's becoming somewhat of a hot budget issue on the internet lately. Look at Overwatch for example, most of their Chinese New Years skins got tons of hate for trying to make Asian culture "exotic" and "sexy" even thought that wasn't what Blizzard was trying to do at all.
