Shirk, the Alterer of reality.
Shirk was always shunned by everyone in Runeterra due to his strange magic. Instead of using his magic for good or evil, he used it for kicks and giggles. After being shunned for so long, he decided to live in Ionia, the land of peace. Everyone was too calm, atleast for his liking. He tried to interest everyone in his strange powers, but they shunned him too. Finally, he decided that was the last straw, and entered into the "League of Legends". He wanted to show all of Runeterra what he was capable of.
Passive: Jokery Every 30 seconds this passive will be up. Upon taking any damage, Jokery empowers Shirk's next basic attack to deal an additional 10/20/30/40/50/60/70/80/90/100/110/120/130/140/150/160/170/180 magic damage, and Shirk will heal for 100% of the damage that auto attack dealt. Also, he will be granted a 25% movement speed buff for 2 seconds. If the target is stunned, the damage, the heal, and the movement speed buff will be doubled. Also, the duration of the speed buff will be doubled as well.
Q: Instant Fun Upon activating, Shirk's passive comes up, making it so his next basic attack will apply his passive. If he uses this ability on a neutral camp, Shirk gets a shield in addition to the heal that is equivalent to how much the heal healed him for. Cooldown: (14/12/10/8/6).
W: Goofy Gas When activated, Shirk releases noxious gas around him in a small circle. This will deal 10/20/40/80/160 + (100% AP) magic damage per second for 2 seconds, and this will stun any targets hit for 2 seconds. If any of the targets hit by this gas was hit by Shirk's passive or q within 5 seconds, the cool down on this ability will be instantly refreshed. Cooldown: (16/15/14/13/12).
E: Dashing through reality Shirk dashes a decent distance, if he reactivates the ability he will dash again. If he reactivates the ability yet another time, he will magically take in all nearby enemies and drag them with him back to his first location. The spot he first cast his E. Shirk has 2 seconds in between each cast to reactivate the ability. Cooldown: (32/29/26/23/20).
R: Reality Break Upon activating, Shirk switches health % with his target for 10 seconds. After the 10 seconds they both receive their original health, and the enemy will receive damage based on the difference between their initial health %. And you will get healed for the difference between your initial health %. If the target dies within the 10 seconds, you will stay at the same health %. Also, the damage that the target takes based on the differences is true damage. If Shirk dies within the 10 seconds, the target will remain at the same health %. Cooldown: (260/240/220).
