Senji, the Dancer of Blades
Senji is a fast damage dealer that moves in and out of combat with a variety of techniques learned over the years. He is useful in 1v1 encounters and makes a good team fighting partner in his burst abilities to push the enemy away. Use him wisely and the day will be yours.
Senji was a concept I thought of every since I created Kenjin, the Outcast Ronin for more Samurai like champions. Anyways, here goes. Hope you enjoy and give me all your feedback!
Background: Always found to have a knack for swords Senji was taken in at a very young age. Most there ridiculed him for being so young, but then marveled at what he could do with a blade. He quickly grew more and more and eventually none could overcome him. Threatened by this the warlords decided to make an example out of him, and to show him who was still in charge. Never once had Senji overstepped his bounds. They would soon find out the mistake they had made.
Killing his family, friends, and love they hung their heads before him and proclaimed that he should never rise about his station, and that they owned him. He was dead inside at the sight of their heads before him. He looked into their eyes and said "Never once have I wanted to overcome my station. Only to serve and help the righteousness that was your claim to power....now, you've made a mistake. In your fear you've just made this lowly servant want to destroy you when before I had no thoughts of such matter. Their blood...is on you."
Fearing their lives now and seeing the mistake they ordered their guards to kill him, but they were no match. He felled them effortlessly and approached the warlords who pleaded for their lives. He spared no one. Burning down all the warlords keeps and earnings he left the land. With nowhere to turn to he found a life within the League, and an unlikely companionship with Irelia who had him captivated.
Passive: *For the Fallen - * Whenever an allied champion falls near Senji he gains a bonus to his attack speed and damage up to a maximum of 5 stacks. For each minion that falls near him his cooldowns are reduced by 0.5s.
Attack speed: 2% per stack up to a max of 10. Attack damage: 5 damage in magic damage up to a max of 25.
Q Singing Blade: Senji launches himself through enemies, slicing all before him dealing physical damage. This applies on hit effects as well.
Damage: 30/50/70/100/130 (+70% AD) Cost: 75/75/75/75/75 Cooldown: 17/15/13/10/7s
Note: Singing blade is a skill oriented shot with a 400 unit length. Can be cast 2 more times for no cost if it hits an enemy. Useful for escaping enemy ganks or getting into the fray. When the first shot hits an enemy click an area again in the direction you want to fly through enemies and again for the third. Only if you hit an enemy can you cast it again free of cost. If no enemies are hit you cannot use it and it goes on cooldown. Also, the sound you hear is that of singing metal.
W Art of the Blade: Toggle 1: Senji gains increased attack speed for as long as this is active at the cost of lower damage. Toggle 2: Senji gains increased damage as long as this is active at the cost of slower attack speed.
Attack Speed: 30/40/50/60/70% Attack Damage decrease: 10/20/30/40/50% AD reduction. Attack Damage increase: 30/40/50/60/70% AD increase. Attack Speed decrease: 10/20/30/40/50% speed reduction.
Note: The Art of the Blade is a style that Senji uses. Faster and more strikes over time but at reduced damage due to less power and more speed. Useful for attacking and applying on hit effects quicker. Using stronger, more powerful strikes require timing and strength. Useful for dealing a lot of damage, but at the cost of having to use all your power and therefore slowing your attack speed. Useful for heavy hitting. Let me know if there is a better way to balance this. I wanted one to increase speed and the other to increase power. So it made sense to take one away from the other. Let me know if percentages should be changed for the penalties or anything. Thanks!
Note 2: Art of the Blade and Art of Reflection can both be active at the same time
E Art of Reflection: Toggle 1: Senji focuses on his inner self. Healing him overtime while out of combat. Toggle 2: Senji focuses on his outer self. Strengthening himself in combat gaining increased armor and magic resist while relfecting damage back at the enemy.
Healing over time: 5/7/10/13/15% AD every 2 seconds. Armor and magic resist increase: 10/15/20/25/30% current Armor and Magic resist as bonus Armor and Magic resist. Damage reflected against attacking opponent: 10/13/15/17/20% damage opponent deals reflected back at them. Cost: 20/30/40/50/60 mana every second.
Note: Mana is only reduced from Toggle 2 (Armor and Magic resist bonus plus reflect damage) whenever he is under attack and is reflecting damage. Healing over time mana cost stops reducing once he is at full or he is out of mana. When in combat it automatically stops until he disengages.
R Dancing Blades: Senji unleashes his power. For the next few seconds he his able to cast Singing Blade without cost and without cooldown. Gaining bonus attack damage. AD bonus damage for Singing Blade is increased to 100% and they gain a critical strike chance.
Bonus damage: 50/70/100 (+100% AD) Critical Chance increase: 25/50/75% Duration: 5/7/10s Cost: 100/150/200
Note: When entering Dancing Blades Senji's basic attacks BECOME Singing Blade. When clicking to move or attack he dashes forward with Singing Blade. Applies on hit effects.
Health: 570-2150 Health Regen: 7-25 Attack Damage: 62-123 Attack Speed: 0.68 (+2.5% every level) Armor: 27-90.5 Magic Resist: 32.1-53.4 Mana: 310-1130 Magic Regen: 7.1-20.3 Melee: 150 Movement Speed: 355 Primary Role: Assassin Secondary Role: Fighter
