Simple jhin changes
Hi. I am playing games in Korea. Because we use Google Translator, there may be some misinterpretations. I'm going to suggest a way to improve jhin's performance with some changes.
The first is to transfer the effects of Captive Audience to Whisper. When jhin attacks four times on the same target, Captive Audience is cast under enemy's feet. With this effect, if you kill the enemy, nearby targets will be affected by Captive Audience even if they hit only the first attack. It deals more damage and greater range to the following targets. (With Deadly Flourish, you can also gain overlay when attacking. When an enemy that can not control is attacked, the effect is instantly activated.)
The second is a change in Captive Audience technology. The Captive Audience skill will change to a colorful Whisper.
The colorful whispers are the following effects. jhin's next basic attack increases range by 30 to 150, causing fatal damage. This is the same effect as Whisper's fourth attack.
When four bullets are loaded: The first attack is identical to the fourth Whisper attack. When three bullets are loaded: one bullet is loaded and the next attack is a critical hit. If two bullets are loaded: same as above. When one bullet is loaded (fourth attack): jhin's attack range increases by 20 to 50, critical attack increases damage, and movement speed also increases greatly. Also, the preparation operation for loading the bullets is greatly reduced.
jhin was too weak with the change of Stormrazor. This change will improve performance while maintaining the jhin sniper concept. Thank you.
