Can I get rid of my Ashe skin border?

I worked hard to get that skin border for the Championship Ashe skin border but by the time I got it, I really think it's too ugly.

It's all big and clunky and takes a lot of space in the loading screen when it also makes it hard to admire the Ashe artwork itself (My personal opinion). So I wonder is there a way I can disable the border or delete it to ask someone to get rid of it?
