Her last skin was Barbecue Leona wich was a 750 skin. It was September 7th 2016, so basically 2 years and 1 month ago. Can our Sun Goddess be in the list for something new ? Please !

She have a solid 9,56% pick rate and is rated tier 1 support under Alistar. I don't see what you mean.

She's got the second highest support play.

Plus, most of this year they were giving champions that hadn't seen skins in a while something new, so that right there is a perfect time.
