[Pool Party Skins] @Riot, please at least explain your point of view.

Okay, I know, there have been hundreds of threads about this, but Riot can you at least explain to us your views on this?

I understand that the Pool Party skins weren't meant to be released every year. It was posted a while back, but why were there so many champions on the splash that never got a chance? Some of these champions (like Zac for example) barely have a lot of skins in the first place and you're refusing to make Pool Party Skins for them?

Can you at least tell us why exactly you're so against making Pool Party skins for other champions?

Riot loves their players right? Riot loves getting money from skins right? Riot loves making really cool looking skins right? So what's stopping you? :/ . . . . . . . This post is about the question above ^, everything below this line is just for the knowledge-hungry who want to know more about the possible skins.
