An Ahri Mirror more focused on her charm

I had the idea of a mirror of Ahri, a sort of clone if you may, that's more focused on her charm.

Appearance: foxtails and ears like ahri, striking green hair

Ability differences

Passive - Every 3rd spell charms the enemy for 1/1.6/2 seconds (visuals like annie passive but unique)

Q - Orb - Sends out an orb that deals X damage and slows the enemy

W - foxifre - The same foxfire ability, instead of it being direct damage, it now has 4 times the range and is cast in the direction she is walking

E - Dash - One of ahris ult dashes, deals magic damage where she lands

R - Almost a zyra ult, (smaller and with her passive it charms all enemies) but enemies that are hit with her abilities take true damage from her when they stand on her ult
