Rare skins in loot crates?

Hey guys, I am LOVING the crafting system, however for someone like me who has spent a ton of money on the game and already have a LOT of skins.. I seem to get a ton of repeats. Now of course this is fine, but, I really don't have much of a reason to sink a bunch of money into this.. Seeing as I can just trade mystery gifts with my friend and get a lot more bang for my buck.

This type of system really works in CS:GO (and other games) because they offer some sort of 'SUPER RARE' drop into the game that triggers everyone's "oh maybe it will be me" part of the brain.

So I was thinking it would be a neat addition to add more skins like the crafting exclusive annie one OR add in Pax skins/Championship Riven.

Now, I know..I know.. I sound crazy but hear me out.. it would be a VERY rare drop. If every player in NA did it only like 50 people would get the skins or something like that. And maybe they could get some sort of "crafting exclusive" loading screen border.. similar to the Project ones (when you bought the skins early).

PAX skins cannot be main available because of the contract Riot had with Pax. Granted the last Pax skin we got was Sivir in 2011. Now we dont know what will happen if the contract ends if they are allowed to sell/give away the skin. They havent stated anything about it, so its hard to sell. As for Championship Riven seeing how she is considered Limited Edition its not likely currently that they will put it in. Hextech seems to be only for Skins in the store as well as Skin label as Legacy. So since there are rumors that CS Riven might be made available with the upcoming worlds (since this will be the first time we have a full team comp) she could be put up after her skin is label as a legacy, but until them she will stay Limited.

Its hard because i would assume all the Limited Skins are all grouped up together so they probably cant pick and choose who they can put in the hextech. If they did just put CS Riven they its only right they put in the Victorious skins, as well as Black Alistar, Human Ryze, Silver Kayle, and Riot Singed.

I have gotten a few legacy skin shards, icons, and legacy ward skins, TBH, I wouldn't be surprised if someone pulled a CS Riven, PAX I believe wouldn't happen. I wish we could trade them cause I'm sitting on DJ Sona, Pulse Ez, Infernal Nasus, Gatekeeper Galio, among other high dollar ones... All I can do is reroll or disenchant. I'm just sitting here twiddling my thumbs waiting to see what Riots gonna do for us who have every champion cause those champ shards are useless for us.

PS: Rerolling skins DOES NOT base value off of what you reroll - I rerolled three 520 skins and wound up with a Blackfrost Anivia (1820rp), and rerolled 3 high dollar skins and got Longhorn Alistar (520).
