Ranked unplayable due to tons of bugs right now

Basically I scaled everything down to 0 because I have a big ass monitor, but the surrender vote, recall/spell "cast bars" and announcements are ENORMOUS. Like - I can't see anything when someone dies. It's REALLY frustrating.

Not to mention I can't see item tool tips in my item tray, and can't move them.. which is also really annoying because I typically move my items around a lot in game.

I'm limited to Normals/ARAMs right now, which is fine, but I'd like to play ranked.
