New Gamemode Idea (maybe is dumb)

Alright I had a cool idea as long as riot has not deleted old code or items of the game. The game would be called legacy mode and in said mode you only have access to champions before their rework. (poppy, yoirck, warwick...etc) I feel it would be really cool to just be like, "I never got the chance to play old galio" and boom there is a way to. You also are playing on old summoners rift, with maybe some old items like mana pots. Obviously characters like Ryze would only have one champ to choose as apposed to the several reworks he has had. Maybe make it also the its all random or something to that nature so you dont see a ryze every game or perhaps just have three bans because the small pool of champs. What are your thoughts guys?
