Cho Gath is not enjoyable to play against

Honestly I know the term counter play gets thrown around alot but cho gath is not fun to play against. Sure hes changing because the meta is changing but he essentially has a perma slow on his E with a silence. This makes it extremely difficult to get away from him. Due to his passive he has insane sustain in lane along with a dorans ring makes it very difficult to punish him. I think the biggest problem lies in the problems he has:

Because damage reduction doesnt reduce true damage, he still hits you for so much. Righteous glory gets him into fights and due to its slow allows him to permaslow you with his E. A big problem is also do to the fact that when he snowballs out of control, there is no way to stop him. He deals true damage scaling with his max health and there is no way for him to lose his stacks
