Suggestion to fix Blind Pick's main problem: "Who called ___ first?"

Let's face it. Tons of region servers had their Normal Draft removed due to lack of players compared to NA or EU, so they had to resort to Blind Pick where there's always high chance of people instalocking without calling their roles first, or those who connected to chat late and has no chance of getting the role he desires.

So I've come up with a suggestion. Here's a picture for simple reference:

Typically speaking, when players manages to enter into Champion Select, they will have to quickly select their desired role by clicking the lane box. Another thing to note that selecting champions will be disabled until the player selects one of the five roles given. Even if the guy last-selected the unintended role, he can always ask around for a swap, similar to how Ranked Draft works. After the selection is finished, the layout in Champion Select will be similar to Ranked Draft, such as the arrangement of Top-Jungle-Mid-Bottom-Support except having Banning Phase.

This way, it can totally replace the "calling out roles in chatbox" so players will not have to face against these obstacles:

#Copy-pasting the chatbox to prove him calling the role first.

Always this one guy who seriously wanted his Yasuo top lane crap & posted the whole chatbox to his fellow teammates just to prove him right.

#Players who didn't get to connect chatbox early, resulting in losing their intended role.

As mentioned above. Even if the players have excellent connection in playing a certain match, connecting to the chatbox can be a different matter.

#Instalockers

Note again that players will not be able to select the champions, as they have to select a role first. Similar to Ranked Draft, players who're not obeying their own respective roles will be punished (eg. a player instalocking support & forcefully goes jungle Lee Sin despite other players selecting it first).

So let me know what do you guys think of this. I'm still thinking whether the placements of the roles should either always be this proper, or randomize to prevent M1 spammers after match is found.

I actually was thinking about something like this myself- it could even wait until all players are connected before allowing choices so slow connections don't still get ripped off.

I personally like this, however, it doesn't negate the "late connection issue". Someone else could still click the button first. Also, what happens if people refuse to select a role button?

Better solution: Delete blind pick and replace it with draft

Why not, but why not simply re-use the system currently in Draft?

Better thing is, since you already focus on who typed it first, the one who types it first gets the role for instance if I wrote jgl or jng first it will say Jungle next to me like in draft queues.

Personally, i like to play off meta in blind, this would discourage that and lead to more flaming, for instance, what about people who wanna try double top? Double Jg? how will this system accommodate that? Flat out, the point of blind is that you can't "pick" your desired role. I can see why people would want this though, I personlly don't, so not upvoted, or downvoted.
