one of the most discouraging things,is being held back by others..though this is a codependent game,judged by team co-op.. it is hard to be a soaring eagle, surrounded by a bunch of turkeys..earning a good grade deserves a reward..whether you win or lose ..this would help reflect appreciation to those who shined the most..while losing is also a team sport..those who made the best moves should not be hit as hard in their climb up the ladder.. imagine losing a match..but you got an s+! (like i have many times)you would lose 8.LP less than if you scored a D+..YOU WOULD STILL LOSE LP..BUT NOT AS MUCH..AND IF YOU CARRIED..YOU GET +8LP MORE i believe this is the answer to the ranked problem with unskilled teammates and toxic players. reward individual excellence!!!

that promotes selfish behavior, because grades != how much you helped your team. You can afk farm all game and probably get an s.

teamplay as in flex..or you mean team players? cuz thats the problem im having..no body decent available t0 play with..and no matter how good an individual does..it takes not having a team of feeders to win..i could score an s all day long..and be as omnipotent-ly teamworked as 1 champ can possibly be..but you cant put sprinkles on a turd and call it icecream
