we should earn bonus Lp for match grade!!

one of the most discouraging things,is being held back by others..though this is a codependent game,judged by team co-op.. it is hard to be a soaring eagle, surrounded by a bunch of turkeys..earning a good grade deserves a reward..whether you win or lose ..this would help reflect appreciation to those who shined the most..while losing is also a team sport..those who made the best moves should not be hit as hard in their climb up the ladder.. imagine losing a match..but you got an s+! (like i have many times)you would lose 8.LP less than if you scored a D+..YOUWOULD STILL LOSE LP..BUT NOT AS MUCH..AND IF YOU CARRIED..YOU GET A +8LP MORE i believe this is the answer to the ranked problem with unskilled teammates and toxic players. reward individual excellence!!!
for example. If he dives in the middle of entire enemy team, he'll end up dying, but he'll most likely secure his team an ace. If he takes his grade into consideration though, he'd refrain from doing that, even though that could have won his team the game had the opportunity presented itself.
