Bring bouns Lp acheivements to ranked!!

one of the most discouraging things,is being held back by others..though this is a codependent game,judged by team co-op.. it is hard to be a soaring eagle, surrounded by a bunch of turkeys..earning bonus Lp for achievements such as: (most damage to enemy champs +3Lp )or( most enemy turrets destroyed +3Lp)..this would help reflect appreciation to those who shined the most..while losing is also a team sport..those who made the best moves should not be hit as hard in their climb up the ladder.. imagine losing a match..but you did the best in those two examples above..you would lose 6 less Lp, than the rest of your team..or 6 more Lp than the rest of your team if your the winner... i believe this is the answer to the ranked problem with unskilled teammates and toxic players. reward individual excellence!!!
