@riot why does everyone seem to want to shoot down good ideas

before even fully understanding what a person is even trying to propose..negativity and arrogance gets in the way..youll shoot down an idea instead of trying to figure out a way to try and make it work.. some degree of regimented bonus Lp for match grade is not a crazy idea for skill-less players..it would not created a selfish gameplay to any degree more than how it already exists..it would be a small bonus to help you when you go above and beyond for the team.. if you were to score an s+, 5 games in a row and still lose..is that because you suckk?..no..should you gain lp?..no..but should you score and s= and lose the same ammount of Lp as the rest of your team??..no..say scoring a s+ gives you a bonus +8lp..but your team lost..what is it -18Lp? lets just say that for memory sake..you would only lose -10Lp....that may be too much as far as numbers go, but that could be adjusted accordingly ..something like ..B=2Lp....A- grade 3Lp..s grade 5LP
