@Riot Reasons why we can't check our pings at Main Screen b4 queueing?

I don't see why this would be a terrible option to begin with. It was suggested by many over the past few years, yet there's not a single Riot response about it.

Players never like having to start a fresh game of 300-5000ping, of which players were either unaware of it, or have no total control over with. With this "check ping at main screen" indication, this would save thousands- I'm sorry, I meant MILLION of games of possible AFK cases. Or better, reduces the amount of remakes as well. I'd go to Ask Riot about it, but I'm certain that none of my questions would go answered anyway. Which is why I asked here.

I would love the idea to have that. That feature is something dota had, and I played it when I had shitty internet, so I could always check if I can go in or not depending on my ping. So it is something Id like to see in league.

Gotta admit, I'm getting real sick of people going 0/6/0 in lane and then going "sorry, 500ms"....

When I asked for this, some people said it's impossible to have this feature.

Funny isn't it?

I'm still waiting for a response, Riot. Again, why is this such a taboo question in Riot's perspective?
