Ideas for possible offline modes

So, i live on an island, and i have nearly 3 hours of a ferry ride every day with nothing to do, and that got me thinking, what if league had an offline mode? Something lore related maybe? where you can play a story line based on leagues lore, and this can be done by your self on or offline, or co-op online if you don't want to play pvp. Also, having things like bots, the practice tool and things like that available while offline would be nice too. These are just a couple of ideas, maybe we could see in the future.
