Chromas to change skin color on champions?

me and a friend were kind of discussing this idea earlier today. does anyone else think it might be kinda neat if some of the chromas (or skins for that matter) would change the skin color/ethnicity of a champion? off the top of my head i feel like divine soraka would look really cool with like a sort of latin skin tone. My friend thought Janna would look really sweet with like an african american chroma/skin (think like storm from the x-men). i feel like there is a lot of REALLY cool potential with this idea and it could help to fill the pretty huge gap of ethnic representation in league.

thoughts? ideas? any champions you would like to see represented in a different way?
