Maokai Skin: Tropical Maokai

I thought it would be a great addition to the summer skin line, or any tropical skins that have been made. Tropical Maokai would be a walking, talking Palm Tree with a Jamaican accent, sunglasses, Hawaiian shirt, and flip flops. His W would allow him to turn into hibiscus flowers, his E would throw living Coconuts, and his R would spawn a pool of water, with either sharks circling the circumference, or a lei rotating about. His dance animation would be him playing a steel drum. His jokes would be something like "Every little thing is gonna be Maokai" and "Hey, Mon! Want a Sap?" (idk... ran out of ideas)
