overview Gregory is a hunter. Built to fight in the jungle and strike unsuspecting foes with lethal brutality. His passive lets him no only shred his foes but alos track them down as they try to run from him. additionally his spring traps can be useful for setting up deadly ambushes while chain fist can stop his foes form escaping and reel him in for the killing blow.

Appearance: is largely similar to the hunter from Bloodborne: leather trench coat, Stetson hat, half mask over his mouth and nose but with long uncut hair down to his shoulders. His left arm appears more muscular than the right and has only three fingers. Wields a large serrated scythe as a weapon in his right hand, the blade and bottom half of the handle fold up when he is out of combat.

Role: fighter/assassin

Stats Health:590-2125 Health regen:5.1-12.3 Range:150 Attack damage:57-108 Attack speed: 0.679 (+0%-+50.2%) Armour:26.2-85.7 Magic resist:32.3-53.6 Movement speed:340

Abilities Passive: It’s bleeding Initial damage:5Xlvl (+15% AD) Bleed damage: 7.5Xlvl (+15% AD) Max bleed damage: 22.5xlvl (+45% AD) Every third basic attack deals bonus damage and causes the target to bleed for 4 seconds. Bleeding enemies take additional damage over the duration and grant Gregory, not his allies, standard sight of them while they remain within 750 units of him, allies can see them if Gregory also has vision. Attacking from behind or when the enemy is immobilised applies two stacks per attack. Targets can continue to receive stacks even if they are already bleeding, the DoT can stack up to 3 times.

Q:Chain fist Cost:5% max health Range: 650 Strike damage:30/50/70/90/110 (+40% bonus AD) Max swing damage: 45/75/105/135/165 (+60% bonus AD) Slow: 20%/25%/30%/35%/40% Cooldown:10 seconds Launches his left hand forward on a tether, damaging the first enemy it hits. The hand remains attached to the target for up to 4 seconds, slowing them while they remain within 750 units of Gregory. During this time Gregory can reactive the ability to pull himself to the target and dealing damage to them and enemies within 150 units of them as he swings his scythe when he reaches them. The damage of the swing increases the longer the hand remains attached to them, up to 150% the damage of the strike at 3 seconds attached, and if he goes the full 4 seconds without reeling in then he will yank the hand back to him, not moving but dealing the full damage and applying it’s bleeding to the target.

W: spring trap Cost:4% max health Damage:50/70/90/110/130 (+30% bonus AD) Slow:30%/35%/40%/45%/50% Recharge rate: 30 seconds Cooldown: 5 seconds Drops a spring loaded trap at the target location that arms after 5 seconds and lasts for 2 minutes. The trap damages the first champion that stands on it: while also slowing and revealing them for 3 seconds, no matter how far gregory is from them, and applying it’s bleeding to them. Gregory can have up to 3 traps active at once.

E: bloody work Cost: 1.5% max health per second Bonus attack speed: 25%/25%/30%/35%/40% Damage to fresh blood conversion:10%/15%/20%/25%/30% Cooldown:5 seconds While this ability is active Gregory gains bonus attack speed and stores all damage as fresh blood, either from enemies or self inflicted. A percentage of any physical damage Gregory deals converts that amount of fresh blood back into health (this is doubled against monsters). Additionally Gregory restores all fresh blood as health when he gets a kill or assist. Fresh blood decays at 2% of his max health every second.

R: Dead or alive Cost: none Max attack speed slow:9%/15%/21% Movement speed slow: 15%/20%/25% Bonus active AD:20/40/60 Bonus max health damage:5%/7%/9% (+1% per 75 bonus AD) Crit damage:130%/160%/190% Cooldown: 90/80/70 Passive Alive: Gregory aims for major muscles groups and nerve endings in an effort to cripple his enemies. Frontal attacks reduce the enemy’s attack speed for 2 seconds and triggering it’s bleeding slows target’s for 3 seconds. The attack speed slow stacks up to 3 times. Active Dead: Gregory gains bonus attack damage and aims for vital organs and critical arteries with his basic attacks for 7 seconds. In this state basic attacks automatically crit for modified damage and target’s take a portion of their max health as physical damage when it’s bleeding is triggered on them. The passive is disabled while this ability is active and on-cooldown.

Lore - I like the tone of the lore, a sort of camp fire story is a cool way to incorporate. I would have liked a much more flesh out story though, so that it can truly feel like people listening to it around a camp fire. I wouldn't add much description complex description, keep it simple. Camp fire stories aren't meant to be lyrical master pieces, but enough description to enhance what you are wanting to show. Have some nice use of specific words for fore shadowing or a hidden message.

Passive - The passive seems a little simple, but solid. The problem I have is that you can keep them bleeding for eternity by auto attacking them. Not to mention it stacks, so that can deal some serious damage to the squishies.

Q - I like the the bonus damage for not using the great utility it offers, but I disagree with the bonus damage stacking depending on how long it takes for you to use it. It would be the same length all the time for a lot of damage and utility, or just wait it out.

W - I would have liked to see allies be able to walk onto the trap and be flung forward, allowing you to stack 3 in a row for a really far distance. It doesn't seem you thought about who you wanted to make when designing gregory. At first I thought he was some kind of wolf, then the literal God of death with the scyth, but why would any of them have a spring trap??? It doesn't make any sense, and neither the kit, lore, or personality have any cohesion.

E - This doesn't make any sense. There is no need for this fresh blood. You are just giving him AD and life steal. So he gains fresh blood for % of damage dealth, and that fresh blood is converted into health, so life steal. Then you say the fresh blood decays over time, but you don't store up any fresh blood. If you wanted to say something else for the ability, you need to word it differently. If it was something like tryndamere's Q, then you need to say that the health is given to him when activated.

R - The numbers on this are way to high. You have a possible 63% attack speed reduction, which you can keep on all the time because of the passive. I get that he weakness is kiting, but just go ghost instead of flash, then you are good to go. The massive 190% percent guaranteed crits is insane, and for 7 seconds. This guy is so OP with his ultimate, I do however like that the passive is removed when the ability is on cooldowdown.

Overall, Gregory seems like a big mess. You had no idea what you wanted to do coming into it. Next time, find a solid theme and let that frive your gameplay and lore. All the abilities need to be thematic and cohesive with the character's personality and theme.

Hi! I'm leaving this here as a part of CCOS's Good Neighbor bonus.

So to start off, its a pretty unique concept, but in terms of his abilities, they feel a bit reused or just thematically doesn't really fit the character and if he should be a Fighter/Assassin.

His passive, is simple, but I guess it works pretty well so I'd say that is okay. I wish this can be utilized a bit more.

His Q seems really similar to Thresh Q, and its a bit too over complex. I admit it is quite a nice concept in terms of the other ways it works, but at the moment theres a bit too much going on in it. You don't have to do this, but I think the skill would work better like this-

  • After hooking an enemy, they are slowed. (As you stated), The skill then applies his bleed effect from his passive. If they remain hooked for 4 seconds they are yanked back to Gregory. - Alternatively, you could ditch the pull effect and simply make it a dash to the enemy effect for this can synergise with his E.

To synergise more I'd give the passive a additional effect where he gains movement speed walking towards bleeding enemies, since it would work well with his Q.

His W is a bit too similar to Nidalee's or Caitlyn's trap so I'm not sure how you could change it, but I think it could use a bit of retooling or a revamping.

His E is interesting, because taking into account his whole kit and this skilll I think Gregory should be a Tank. The skill itself however is really unique and I like it a lot.

His ult, its a unique concept and I'm pretty fine with it.

Overall this isn't a bad concept and simply has a bit of an identity crisis. I'd recommend reworking his W, and slightly changing his passive and Q. But it isn't required, this is just a suggestion and some criticism.

I feel like his passive does too much damage, and the name doesn't really fit into the League of legends naming system.
